The third edition of the Bia so Mengong festival is fast approaching, and preparations are gathering pace.

As part of these preparations, Professor Steve Félix Belinga founder of The Belinga Foundation met with representatives of the various non-indigenous communities in the Mengong county.

These included representatives of the English-speaking community, the Bamoun community, the Bamileke community and the Centre region.

As this year’s festival is placed under the banner of integration and diversity, the aim of the meeting held on Thursday February 29, 2024 in the Mengong town hall was to launch a call for mobilization on the part of these communities.

After thanking Professor Steve Felix Belinga for the honor bestowed upon them, the community representatives assured him of their full availability.
