THE BELINGA FOUNDATION / EDUCATION PILLAR Sikolo ane nfi Season 5: Nnemeyong III celebrates academic excellence

The courtyard of Nnemeyong III Public School, Fale II group, Mengong Sub-division, served as the venue this Wednesday, November 5th, for the second outing of Season 5 of The Belinga Foundation's "Sikolo ane nfi" initiative.

Organized under the coordination of the Divisional Inspector of Basic Education for Mengong and in the presence of the 3rd Degree Chieftaincy of Nnemeyong III, this stage brought together pupils from Nnemeyong III Nursery and Primary School and Loum Public School, accompanied by their teachers, parents and traditional authorities.

For several hours, the pupils competed in skill and knowledge through general knowledge quizzes, mathematics, board games and sports. A tough competition, but always in a friendly and fraternal atmosphere.

This edition was marked by a heavy rain that joined the party, forcing the organization to move into a classroom. A constraint that in no way dampened the determination of all participants. Everyone's resilience allowed this inter-school challenge to run smoothly to the end.

In the end, the best pupils, with radiant faces, were rewarded with Certificates of Excellence and school kits offered by The Belinga Foundation. Rewards welcomed by parents and teachers, who increasingly embrace this initiative that promotes excellence, culture and community involvement for a responsible youth.

With this second successful outing, The Belinga Foundation confirms, through its education pillar, its commitment to bringing school closer to the community.
