Our Pillars
The Five Pillars of our Actions
1. Art
Through the Bia So Mengong festival and sponsorship of various local cultural and artistic events, the foundation supports local artists by providing them opportunities to showcase their talents and earn a living. This initiative also fosters the discovery of emerging talents, offering them the chance to be nurtured and trained.
Beyond that, art serves as a mirror for the community—allowing locals to rediscover their own identity through artisan work. As the purest expression of culture, art weaves together creativity, inspiration, imagination, and even dreams. It remains a vital part of the foundation’s mission at the local level.
Impact

2. Culture
Our local cultures carry the depth and richness of centuries—millennia of wisdom, experience, and life. Rediscovering our past, our history, and our ancestors is the nourishment that feeds the soul and instills pride in future generations. By showcasing and celebrating this heritage, we plant the seeds for growth, development, and self-improvement. The Belinga
Foundation is committed to preserving culture by honoring and uplifting it through meaningful celebrations and initiatives.
Impact
To promote the pride and courage of peoples by celebrating their cultural habits, sharing their history and bringing them together in sustainable, recurring activities.
3. Health
We take an innovative approach to healthcare in villages by blending the strengths of modern medicine with the wisdom of traditional (herbal) medicine. Through these partnerships and support for basic healthcare infrastructure, we strive toward an ambitious goal: "Health Zero"—a ground-zero models where locals can access care with minimal resources, even without money, and where preventable chronic illnesses become a thing of the past.
With your support, this vision can become a reality.

4. Education
"Raising a child to become a man or a woman" — this local saying reflects the deep value placed on education in our communities. It’s no surprise, then, that education is a cornerstone of the Belinga Foundation’s work.
We support local schools at all levels, from kindergarten to high school, and even assist college students. Our mission is to promote excellence because today’s students are tomorrow’s teachers. With each generation, we are shaping future leaders who will rise from within our own communities.
Impact
More young people in rural areas; access to NICTs for young people in rural areas, better equipped leaders of tomorrow, young people who learn with pleasure and who pass on their knowledge with pride.
5. Sustainable Development
The Belinga Foundation champions Sustainable Development by fostering agriculture and the vast network of economic activities connected to it, both vertically and horizontally. While the initial investment can be significant, the potential for growth is immense.
This is why sustainability and long-term development are at the core of our mission. Time and effort remain our most powerful multiplying factors in creating lasting impact.
