Saturday 14 June 2025, Mboabang 1 Village hosted its evening of reconnection and cultural celebration, the traditional Village Evening by The Belinga Foundation. The team invested the village for a cultural immersion rich in discovery and sharing.

The Belinga Foundation Staff was warmly welcomed by locals. Under the leadership of His Majesty Mbang Akon, the village head, the festivities began with a presentation of traditional culinary art.

Local dishes delighted the taste buds of the guests, including the ongamvem, a dish made of ripe plantain, salt and peanut butter, which can be consumed for several days without heating.
